No problem checking which store had this TV. All ready to collect by the time I arrived at the shop.
Staff on telephone and in store very polite and customer orientated.
Excellent service every time I have a purchase from this store. All staff very helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble.
I always buy from here as its local and if there are any problems...
they initially said that they didn’t come out after you’ve bought the tv and to contact samsung ,however they did come out and tried to rectify the problem but they haven’t managed to do it
