I ordered 2 tunics on 29/12/26 and haven't received my order. It is now 22/01/26. I called two weeks ago about the matter, and the lady who answered was lovely and gave me a timeframe of a few days,...

Hi,
Thank you for your feedback, and I’m really sorry for the delay and the frustration this caused. Over the Christmas and New Year period we experienced a backlog of orders, which led to longer timeframes than normal, and we should have communicated this more clearly at the time.
I can see that your order has now arrived, and I’m sorry it didn’t reach you as quickly as it should have. We’ve since stabilised our delivery times and put improved systems in place to prevent this happening again.
