Hi Graham, Sorry that you were expecting a power supply, but the last paragraph on the item's description does say this: Requires 2 x 9 volt batteries or an 18 volt DC power. The 18 volt power supply (PSU) especially for the Harp Attack is sold separately in UK (3 pin) version. Effects pedals aren't usually supplied with a PSU. Best regards, Peter
