It is my view that you should have worked longer hours to keep on top.
I have found that when I have made an enquiry via email, I have had to wait 3 or 4 days for a reply, and in that time the stock I was considering purchasing had significantly moved upwards in price.

Frustrations at service in some areas
You do reports on shares and then don't show them on your website to be able to buy them. Also i have bought shares on my phone only to have them not available to follow on my app or buy and sell...
