Website is very user friendly and Customer Service excellent.

The help and communication was first rate

I am only recently joined so my experience is fairly neutral as I’ve yet to score a house sit. I have applied to three sits, so far one person has responded fairly quickly and the other two messages...

The search function needs some adjustments for example, when you type the dates and location you want, the first filter filters it by 'Starting soonest' . The other options are longest, shortest etc....

Had response to add in short time

The customer service team is quick to contact and solve any problems quickly

I emailed in response to a house sitting but didn't hear back from the owner

Very efficient and easy to use site. Quick feedback using messaging system. Highly recommend

The website is so difficult to use. My profile doesn't attach to messages; the favourite list and message page doesn't show any useful information, i have to continually open individual messages/...

I have found the site to be easy to negotiate and results from it are excellent
