Very helpful and efficient. Informed me when furniture arrived at warehouse and offered to keep it till I was ready. Delivery was arranged within a 4 hour slot and men were careful, clean and tidy.

Polite professional organisation.. Family businesses always do the small things correctly. Joy to deal with.

Good customer service from the man in the shop. Answered all queries and wrapped the item very well and helped put it in our car.

The Ercol bed was a great price, they said allow 7 days for delivery unfortunately it took 11 and the courier picked the Amber snow warning day! So I can’t give 5 stars but they probably deserved them
