Hi, thank you for your review. We always advise our customers to contact us in regards to any late or missing items so we can chase our couriers and provide an update. Upon checking our records, we cannot find any instance of you contacting us regarding this. Unfortunately, due to their fragile nature, on rare occasion items can get damaged in transit due to the distance the goods have to travel to arrive at the delivery location. We do our best to package all items in protective packaging to ensure this does not happen so i do apologies that this has happened to yourself.
