Thank you for your feedback. Delivery charges are calculated by the website on the combined weight of your items. As for delivery the majority of parcels are sent first class Royal Mail. Unfortunately, the postal service this Christmas, as we have discovered, was very poor. As you may appreciate, we do not have any control over the delivery times. Sorry to hear that you would think twice about using us again as you have been ordering from us for a few years.
