Further to our correspondence over email I'd just like to highlight that whilst our cutlery is designed in Britain and manufactured in China we do have long term, trusted relationships with our manufacturers and our stringent Quality Control procedure ensures that our Stainless Steel range of goods are trusted for their longevity and value for money by a whole host of professional kitchens, caterers and chefs. We also ship everything within the UK from our Head Office near Sheffield. Knives from Japan is part of our company as we also supply premium Japanese made knives which are renowned for their quality but nothing is shipped directly from Japan to our customers.
