The greenhouse itself is excellent. But the whole experience is let down by the instructions that come with it. To spend over a grand on a product and then have it come with an instruction booklet that is badly written , poorly illustrated and done with cheap black and white photocopying is not acceptable, and it was tortuous to erect as a result. There is an accompanying DVD but that only shows some things and is a long way from being properly step-by-step and comprehensive. There are no instructions at all for the staging that we paid hundreds of pounds for. Several of the holes should be pre-drilled, e.g. for the roof vent arms, door stays etc rather than having to drill them. They could come with a bung that can be removed if required. And fitting the beading and glass is quite a struggle. You are paying premium money and for the money that you are spending, the fitting paddle should be free.
