Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear that your new Rhino hasn’t met your expectations. Our Patio greenhouses are designed for small spaces and balconies and thanks to the clever design you can make the most of the greenhouse's small footprint. However, they are very different from our larger models and going from a large Rhino to our Patio greenhouse will be an adjustment. Your feedback is very important to us, and it will be shared with our product and service teams to help us improve. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
