dont use online ordering

online order form not easy to use, links to other areas not working, couldnt complete setting up new account, now I've discovered I've been charged twice

Tried to cancel an unwanted / accidental subscription but can't. So now out of pocket. Reordered the correct subscription and had to pay in full again.
