We do highlight this in our offer terms and conditions page, and ask you to cancel the trial subscription before the second payment is taken. We can only apologise that it took so long for your gift to arrive. However our records show that the gift was sent on the 19/06/2015 and that the subscription has started and that no issues have been returned. We would recommend checking the delivery address on your confirmation email is correct and if not we will be happy to correct it.
