Most tours are great, but call ahead for more details.
Run the tours yourself. Don’t third party them. No accountability for Grayline. More details are needed for each tour.

Will not book again
Unorganized; given incorrect return time, difficult to understand tour guides, no mask enforcement or recommendation to subdue offensive conduct of drunk & loud passengers

Very crowded. Needs better coordination with the venue.
The wait time was a bit excessive for the air boat under a blistering sun. There were so many people, I guess the venue didn't want to real waiting area to be too crowded and herded us to stand...
