They are a big Scam!!.. They take your $$$$ and don’t answer phone calls or emails when you want your refund back knowing very well they are not working in the NYC area.. Don’t be fooled people!!!...

I shouldn’t have to purchase tickets on your website and then go to Times Square to pick them up. Please also update your iPhone app as the route for blue was wrong. The actual ride was great.
