Very easy to book. No problems. Called to confirm reservation and they texted us exact instructions which helped alot.

Wait time is way too long!
Easy to book online but description was misleading. I wouldn't have booked if I knew I had to wait 45 minutes - 1 hr. per bus pick-up.
