Dear customer, Thank you for taking the time to write us about your experience. We truly regret to see that you were not able to join us for the tour. Upon checking our records it seems like our driver was at the meeting point for 6 minutes and picked up other customers, as it was confirmed to you through email.We are trying to be as flexible as possible for our customers and despite missing the pick up our team have rescheduled you, free of charge, for the next date. Unfortunately you could not make it an only notified us 4h before scheduled pick up. In such cases the cancelation falls under cancelation policy and the booking is not subject to a refund. We keep our customers informed and provide them with all the information needed on the website, voucher and for any additional questions we have a 24/7 customer service team. Our phone lines might get busy at certain moments, especially during pick ups between 07:00 and 12:00 when we have day tours scheduled for departure., however our answering time is less than 1 minute. We hope that you still had a great time in Iceland and that you will visit us again in the future.
