It is truly unfortunate that there was a misunderstanding with your booking and that our staff did not respond to your e-mail immediately. The clarification of the pickup location as it was other than a hotel or a guesthouse on our list was not entered in due time until we received your phone call.

Your booking with us is now cancelled and refund processed - you will receive an e-mail with the receipt from our credit card server as well.
