Thank you for your feedback. it is unfortunate that we had to cancel most of our tour departures due to heavy snowfall during the night. All roads leading from Reykjavik were blocked and not cleared until mid-day. Most of our staff were not able to reach their positions either as vehicles in residential areas were snowed in and smaller streets not a priority to clear. I do hope that you can reschedule your tour or contact our reservations department at iceland@grayline.is and request a refund if you cannot join our tour another day
