Thank you for your feedback. We have busses scheduled to depart 30-45 minutes after each arriving flight, so even when flights are delayed we have a bus ready for booked passengers. Unfortunately you had not provided us with your flight number, so it was impossible for us to know when your flight would be arriving. I hope you still had an enjoyable stay in Iceland.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately we are sometimes forced to cancel our tours due to weather, especially if conditions are deemed to be potentially dangerous for travellers. On the day you were scheduled to join this tour the weather was particularly bad, with gale force winds in most of the country. The safety of our passengers is very important to us, and we don't want to take any risks. When we cancel tours due to weather we will of course refund the bookings if passengers are unable to reschedule their tours, and I can see that your credit card has already been refunded.

I hope you will be able to visit Iceland again sometime, and that the weather will be kind enough for us to be able to show you more of our wonderful country.
