The tour guides were VERY knowledgeable and hit the highlights as expected. They were courteous and friendly.

We had a wonderful time learning about the cities rich history. Our tour guide was funny and very informative. My teenage daughter and her boyfriend even enjoyed it!!!

My problem was addressed up front as well as my input acknowledged. Kudos to Gray Line Charleston for being open and considerate to customers.
We purchased 5 tickets online. Everything went smoothly. We had to cancel 1 ticket about 3 weeks prior to the event. We were refunded the cost for one ticket in a timely manner without any hassle or...
