We are sorry that you were not happy with the service you received for your order. Although the vast majority of orders arrive on time and without issue unfortunately we are reliant upon external couriers and occasionally there can be delays for reasons beyond our control.
We are sorry that you did not want to pursue your order with us and we have provided a full refund as requested.
If you are looking to purchase grass in the future please do not overlook us and if you are looking to place an order please advise and we can look to offer a free upgrade for the delivery service because of the issues with this order.
