Please accept our apologies for the issue you experienced with the wrong item being initially delivered. This appears to have been caused by an human error in our warehouse where an incorrect item was accidentally labelled up as your item. Instances such as this are very rare. We can see we dispatched a replacement item as soon as we were made aware of the issue and this was successfully delivered the following morning.
We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.
