We are sorry to see you are unhappy with the delivery service you received. Having looked into the details of the delivery we can see your order was dispatched from our warehouse on Thursday 18th for intended delivery on Friday 19th. According to our courier delivery was attempted on this date at 13:52 but the driver was unable to get a response from the door. The courier automatically put the order back out on the next available date which was Monday 22nd with the driver reporting he was unable to get a response at the door at 11:30. The couriers made a third attempt at 13:33 on Thursday 25th, again the driver was unable to get a response at the door. The delivery was successfully completed on Friday 26th with a neighbour agreeing sign for the delivery on your behalf. We do not like to see any customer go away having had a poor experience and have emailed you to try and resolve the concern you have raised.
