Valued as a customer
I was kept informed about the appointment I had made. Dave the engineer was pleasant and very helpful when we explained what the problem was. I felt valued as a customer
On time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do. Darren cleaned up after himself as he went along.
