Good afternoon --
We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with the service provided after the engineers recent visit. We have consulted with the engineer who has clarified that after carrying out tests on your current loft aerial, he was only getting 36dB - so the signal levels were poor.
He then tested a new aerial in the loft and was getting signal levels between 46-50dB then coupled with an amplifier this would ensure the televisions would work.
However, we are always more than happy to provide a quotation with absolutely no obligation. We do appreciate you giving us the chance to quote and rectify the issue but it is always the customers choice at the end of the day.
