Good prompt service in one day of booking an engineer. Sorted problem with signal problems for a reasonable price. Very happy now all TV's are working properly. Would recommend this company

I wanted a new aerial fitted but was told nothing wrong with my current one
I said the picture was not very crisp, it is when i stream. He said it is the television not the aerial then left.

Aerial rip off
Your quote to supply and fit an aerial on my bungalow was disgusting .First the girl rang me gave me a figure of £475.00 but she said that does include a life time guarantee not worth the paper there...

Disapointed
Engineer who came was very good. However the Admin staff were less than helpfull, the fist visit was cancelled on the day, then i was called six times as they tried to coerse me into complying to...
...Guy was great... although unfortunately not able to do my request..

Although the engineer couldn’t help me he was very helpful in the information he provided and was here within an hour of initially calling up the company.

Excellent service.
Couldn’t fault it. The engineer was thorough and kind and patient with me..
He couldn’t have been more helpful or informative.
