'Thanks for your kind words and explanation on reasons for 3 stars.  I totally understand and accept your reasoning but just wanted to remind you that at the initial valuation you said you hadn't found a place to move to and I explained that as I live in the road I appreciate more than most that premium prices could be achieved and as there was no urgency to try higher as we had people registered specifically for pigeonhouse lane.... ok, none of these buyers wanted it but it was worth a try to get you best price.  I'm really glad it's all gone through for you and wish you the very best in the future.
