Thank you for your comments Mr. Priestman, we are sorry to hear you thought our service was slow. We made and confirmed your booking on Monday, however, as you know, the Resort did not confirm your final day's tee time, so we had to chase them up for this. As a result, your final confirmation was sent to you at 10am on Wednesday. Given the current challenges we all face, we do feel that a 48 hour turnaround is reasonable, and we did keep you informed.

We're so sorry that our emails went into your junk/spam folder - this can sometimes happen unfortunately, and our IT team has logged this observation. However, we're delighted that you're pleased with our service in connection with your booking to date and we will continue to maintain those high levels of attention through to the time of your travel and beyond!

Thank you, Terry. We aim to please! We will always be here to assist with your future trips, but wish you a happy UK escape meanwhile ... we wish your group a great golf escape.

We're sorry that you felt the process was not as quick as usual, Andrew. We are finding it is taking longer to get golf, hotel and other confirmations back due to the current global pandemic. Many courses and resorts are either closed or running a reduced service (and we, like many other Companies in the UK are operating with a skeleton staff) and this is naturally having a knock-on effect in timescales.
