Golden Tours คำวิจารณ์

Dear Alex Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. Our goal is always to provide an enjoyable and memorable experience for all our guests, and we regret that this was not the case for you. We would like to clarify that seating on our tours is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and we always recommend arriving as early as possible to secure preferred seats. Additionally, the design of our buses, including both covered and uncovered seating areas, is clearly displayed on our website and featured in all of our advertising materials to ensure our customers have a full understanding of what to expect before booking. Our Christmas Lights Tour is specially designed to offer a unique experience, featuring a live guide who provides not only entertaining but also factual information about the beautiful sights and festive lights of London. We strive to offer a comprehensive tour experience beyond just the visual aspect. We regret that you chose to leave the tour early and that our team was unable to provide a resolution that met your expectations. We do appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continually strive to improve our services. Kind regards Golden Tours
