Our customer care team have fully investigated this, your boiler was deemed Beyond Economical Repair due to the cost of the repair and the amount of parts required. This decision isn't made by the engineer; it was declared Beyond Economical Repair after the engineer had visited due to the amount of parts required to fix it. If your installer has advised they can provide an extended guarantee, please speak to your installer so they can confirm this.
