Takes 3 to get what you want
I had to ring 3 times in order to change my flight ....that I had booked 10 hours earlier and it took all morning ....otherwise it would be a 5 star.
The 3rd person actually helped me

Booked online, but spoke to them as well, all questions answered. Received tickets within 48 hours. Really good price

Thanks for contacting us. Your booking is confirmed and e-tickets will be sent a week prior to the departure.
ATOL certificate and the invoice of payment are sent on the email. Hope this helps :)
