Generally a very reliable service but speed varies tremendously. We never get anything like the 300 speed and I'm not sure if the WiFi mesh is working correctly

Pricey but good.
Good service and they email you when there is a problem with the service. Only problem is the cost per month, it is a little bit high, perhaps there might be a price drop in the New Year!
Yes I would recommend them. Very helpful support online when there is a problem and people to talk you through sorting any problems out. Good service and equipment does what it says.
The internet service is very good and reliable. When there are going to be outages we are warned in advance. However, when there is a problem it is difficult to get technical support.

Excellent responsive service. On the rare occasion we’ve had a problem it’s been sorted with minimal disruption to our internet provision. Would definitely recommend. Value for money.
I would give the service 5 stars , it's reliable, consistent fast internet etc....only let down by a truly terrible WiFi router. Only way to rectify this is to use wifi extenders
