Never a problem

300 mbps package. Fine for tv / streaming etc. but very slow download

It works well, a minor outage was dealt with in a couple of hours, and I was kept informed.

The service is extremely reliable, on the very few occasions where an outage occurred I was kept informed of the problem and fix times.

More reliability and not constant drop outs of Internet. Mobile signal is poor so reliable Internet is important. Gigaclear is far from reliable

We have been with Gigaclear for over 2 years only had 1 outage but as we were informed before during & after, we were reasured unlike when we had to be a BT customer!.
