S'creaming speeds in the countryside
Great price for 600 Mbps. Good updates when there have been very rare technical issues. Mesh controllers give me coverage in ancient old place with robust walls and many bends and turns.

No Customer Care
A quarterly customer care call would be appreciated. Since connection the external lead to the house is coming out - the cover has come away - general maintenance and customer care is not at all...
Of course it’s fast broadband, but it is also incredibly reliable.
Most people would always just talk about their broadband speed. As a Gigaclear customer take that for granted! The great thing about the service is it’s reliability and on the *very* rare occasions...
Very good service and improved broadband in our rural area, but BT routers are far superior to Gigaclears in terms of wi-fi. Gigaclear Broadband = New Age - Gigaclear Routers = Stone Age!
