The installation is not acceptable.....and as a result, the cable got damaged on routine garden maintenance. A temporary line has been put in but this was now a couple of months ago and still waiting...

Router rubbish and when fitted there was no help as we had to employ an individual company to install boosters to make the WiFi worth having.
My contract was up for renewal and I managed to agree a discount with Gigaclear. Great service.

poor customer service.
It took you 6months to complete 1st connection
You did not supply a correct cable until i complained as to the speed og connection.
You have not given me the options to renew/change my account /
they are very good and best thing they keep us infotmrd ehrn there is a breakdown and advise us throughout the work being repaired and then when it it back up abd running keep up the good work
