Consistent service provision, well communicated maintenance interruptions and good speeds always available, subject of course to in-house equipment connectivity.

Great speed and comms for planned outages. Being told of unscheduled outages by email locks logic though, a text may be better.

Usually good customer service but the network is flaky and prone to occasional drops in service which is frustrating
