Waited 2 years, which was very frustrating. Customer service was poor no follow up. But must add once connected brilliant.

75 characters isn’t enough to explain but poor response, time to issues, if at all. When they did come back to me I think I got cut off before the conversation had finished as the box had been ticked

Service is great when it works but im getting a lot of pauses like when watching bbciplayer. It freezes up or does the loading symbol.

Gigahertz have provided a good service so far. Technical support however has been a challenge at times however Network issues are infrequent. Unfortunately they are not willing to allow new customers...

Signal sometimes drops out.

Our business relies upon the internet and to be knocked out at this time of year with pre-Christmas orders is very frustrating! This is compounded when left in the dark by Gigaclear about resolving...

Excellent service

Unbroken service, very good speeds and good response when needed assistance

Broadband generally works as you would expect. I can't give 4 or 5 stars as your pricing is a bit high and your broadband doesn't reach through the whole of my house I have to use and extender.
