It's reliable and they keep you in the loop about any maintenance..

Everything happened as promised at the set up and slo following anoutage things were progressed as stated

I pay £34 per month for 300MB, of all of the tests that I have ran, it has never been above 20MB. You think this is a good service???

Customer service tends to be hit or miss - sometimes really good response, other times issues are not answered or get forgotten. Broadband itself is pretty good. but subject to variations

Giglaclear are the only provider for over 15 years who have provided the speed as advertised. And when the service is down then the communication has been excellent.

They offer a very responsive service with minimal outages.

The broadband has been down too often. And sometimes the speed isn’t as good as I was expecting.

Changed to a new plan, incorrect bill two months in a row. They car about new customers more than existing customers.

I simply don’t have any criticism of the Gigaclear service.

Easy…simple…fast…brilliant!
