On average our speed is really good, but does seem to be quite a few outages

In many areas they are the only option and they take advantage of being a monopoly to overcharge and con their existing customers.

A bit flaky. Too many outages. Took them ages to provide a router that provides reasonable WiFi coverage.

Quick and efficient installation. I can also use the WiFi for my landline so that I no longer have the old copper overhead telephone line that was often faulty.
