Unfortunately we have no choice where we live, but when Gigaclear put in their cables to give us fibre broadband, it was a huge boost for us all! We are very grateful!

Always quick to update when there is an issue, and quickly repaired as well
Swift and reliable service. Line bitrate is typically in excess of contract. Communications is good when there is a very occasional line break.

I would recommend them. The invitation to this survey has a glaring inexactitude. You say 'as an existing customer' but Gigaclear isn't a customer - I am.

Too slow
First engineer did not know how to solve issue. Next level did but it took far too long to solve
