Shocking service and product

Good when it’s working but in the last 6 months we have had 5 outages of 6 hours or more. Two of those were over 24hrs and the worst one was 4 days! As I work from home, I’ve had to keep my ADSL...

i am paying the top dollar for the 300gb speed and only getting 28gb speed. I email them 4 times still no reply 4 months later

Depends on who I am recommending. For business I feel it is excellent for pensioners it is expensive.

Needs restarting regulary and complicated to set up. But it’s the only suppliers in some rural areas.

WiFi speeds poor so can’t take advantage of supposed internet speeds

Router pathetic penetration into the house for Wi-Fi . Constantly rebooting system. Drop out of signal every night.
