They are great

Absolutely atrocious WiFi. Can't get it any further than 2 rooms. Customer service is also awful..

Service is great speed is very good, occasional drop outs. A little more expensive than other competitors and we are fairly restricted from shopping around because of coverage.

Very good service & support. Back up has improved greatly in the last 12 months with great customer communication when there is a service outage. Well done Gigaclear.

speeds are not what is advertised or what i'm paying for. Continually trips out when working from home and also Sky Q boxes throughout the house

Treat their customers fairly.

Too many incidents of no internet for more than 24 hours and alway the fault of an ‘external factor’

5 stars all day every day.... Excellent product... Excellent quality... Excellent customer service
