not strong enough

The refuse truck when lifted the bin then split the bin on the 4th time So I have a broken green bin

I can see from our records that your bin was purchased nearly 2 years ago and so unfortunately I am unable to replace under manufacturer warranty. the split happened about 6 months ago also the lid secure buttons were all ways loose, so not happy with the green bin that was delivered. regards M Shannon .
