I've not had to claim yet, had them for a year, easy to set up insurance., all done over the Internet, the price was extremely reasonable.

I am happy with Getsafe because they offered a good price in the first year and autorenewal on the second year at the same price,so that was good.I havent had to use the service yet so heres hoping...

Brilliant home insurers
Really easy to set up online. I can keep a check on my Getsafe app. Keep track of payments and also says you claim through the app.

So far, so good.
Only really dealt with them for sign up and renewal. Test really comes with trying to claim, which obviously no one wants!
Comms are always timely, polite and friendly.
Have to say, very pleased...

5 stars for price, best price for 2 years never claimed so can't comment on that side of their service. Actually got a loyalty discount which was nice.
