We're sorry to hear about your experience at the Munich airport. Our included hotel transfer times are scheduled at 10:00am and 1:00 pm. It appears your flight arrived just after the first group had already departed. I apologize that the wait for the next scheduled transfer was longer than anticipated. Optional excursions a part of any escorted tour. Unfortunately, there are occasions when certain excursions are not available and this is one reason we must offer them as optional since we cannot guarantee their operation.
