WE SHOULD HAVE HAD MORE INPUT ON THE SCHEDULING OF OUR FLIGHTS. FOR INSTANCE, OUR FLIGHT BACK TO NEWARK, NJ FROM LONDON WAS TOO LATE TO MAKE A GOOD CONNECTING FLIGHT ON OUR LAST LEG HOME.

It was bait and switch for the hotel room. We requested a king size bed and and was assured that we would get it and we had to pay more when we arrived for the king sized bed.

All of our hotel rooms are contracted for twin beds, with double beds in some locations. We are happy to request King beds but it is never guaranteed and solely based on hotel discretion. Any charge incurred at check in was likely due to the room type being upgraded. Grand European Travel-Guest Relations
