Ah Italia - such a wonderful place! Isn't it amazing how much having a good Travel Director can affect your vacation? Frank has worked with Grand European for a long time and is a customer favorite. Our coach drivers are very skilled too - they make you happy that you aren't the one having to navigate those narrow streets! It seems that at least one of the major sites in each major city throughout Europe is always under construction or repair/restoration. It can be disappointing, but at least the work is being done to preserve it so that we can enjoy the site for many years to come. Even though you weren't able to throw a coin into the Trevi Fountain to ensure your return to Rome, I do hope that you have the opportunity to go again (when it is open) and fall in love with Italy all over again.
