Thank you for taking the time to review your trip and for bringing these issues to our attention. It looks like you booked our London Week Vacation which is completely independent (with no travel director) and designed for you to enjoy London at your leisure. A local host is available at the hotel and at our London Reception Centre to assist in recommendations and sightseeing reservations, but the majority of the time is on your own. We do offer a wide variety of fully escorted guided vacations which may be more to your liking. We hope to have the chance to welcome you on one of those in the future.
