We're sorry you were unaware that this tour is operated by our sister company, Insight Vacations. We do try to mark our brochure, payment receipts and travel documents clearly for each tour that is operated by our sister company. As for the optional excursion coupons that other guests received, they most likely booked with AAA or American Express. However, by booking with GET you received other discounts that those guests did not receive. We're glad that you made some wonderful memories despite these issues. We're sorry that the original date for your Historic Highlights vacation was cancelled. This is an unfortunate thing that every tour company must deal with.
